A practical starting point for your own experience

In Vol. 0.1, you will slow down with one crystal and notice its weight, temperature, texture and comfort in your hand. You are not trying to make something happen. The aim is to recognise what you can genuinely notice, and leave with a simple practice you can return to anywhere, at any time.

Before you begin

  1. Choose any crystal or stone that draws your attention.
  2. Find a comfortable place where you can sit quietly for a few minutes.
  3. Hold the stone in one or both hands and allow your body to settle.

What will you notice?

During the practice, we will guide you through four simple cues: temperature, texture, weight, and how the stone sits in your palm. There is no result to reach; noticing even one small detail is enough to begin.

Start with any crystal that interests you

You can use any crystal — or even an ordinary stone. There is no required choice. If you would like a starting point, these six commonly chosen crystal types are easy to observe through colour, transparency, texture or light.
