Activate Your Old Account
After the system upgrade, existing members need to activate their account once. Your points and tier will be transferred automatically.

Select “Activate Account”. You will be directed to the account creation page.

Enter your name, email and password, then create the account. The email must match your old member account for the system to identify you.

You will receive a customer account activation email. Open the link inside the email to complete activation.

Your old points will be transferred automatically, and your tier will be assigned according to annual spending.

Your tier is updated automatically based on annual spending. Silver: HK$0-4,999; Gold: HK$5,000-24,999; Platinum: HK$25,000-49,999; Diamond: HK$50,000 or above.
Online purchases at gfehandpickedcrystals.com can earn points when you are logged in. Purchases on other platforms or at Lane Crawford physical stores do not earn GFE member points.
