Log in and shop at gfehandpickedcrystals.com. Points are added automatically. Silver: 1 point per HK$1; Gold: 11 points per HK$10; Platinum: 12 points per HK$10; Diamond: 15 points per HK$10. Shipping and tax are excluded.
How do I upgrade my tier?
Your tier is updated automatically based on annual spending. Silver: HK$0-4,999; Gold: HK$5,000-24,999; Platinum: HK$25,000-49,999; Diamond: HK$50,000 or above.
Can every purchase earn points?
Online purchases at gfehandpickedcrystals.com can earn points when you are logged in. Purchases on other platforms or at Lane Crawford physical stores do not earn GFE member points.
When will points appear?
Points will be added automatically within 48 hours after the order has been shipped and received.
How do I redeem points?
Log in and enter the rewards dashboard to redeem your points. Each redeemed reward generates a unique voucher code that can be used at checkout.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Any earning or redemption activity within the period will extend the validity.
Will redeeming points affect my tier?
No. Membership tiers are calculated by annual spending, not point redemption. If an order is returned, the points earned from that order will be deducted.
How long does a tier last?
After reaching a tier, you can enjoy its benefits until the end of that year and throughout the following year. To maintain it, reach the required spending again in the next calendar year.
How do I update my account details?
Log in to your account to update personal information and view points, tier status and available rewards.
Can points or vouchers be transferred?
No. Points and redeemed voucher codes cannot be transferred to another account.
What happens to points after returns?
If a returned product has earned points, those points will be deducted from your account and may affect your membership tier.
Can GFE membership benefits be used at Lane Crawford?
No. GFE member points and rewards are only available on gfehandpickedcrystals.com and do not apply to Lane Crawford physical stores.
