How does the Lane Crawford collection differ from the online store?
Lane Crawford focuses on larger, collectible pieces. The GFE online store offers a wider variety of crystals for different budgets. Each natural crystal is one of a kind, and the crystal selections and sales systems operate separately.
Can I see a crystal from the online store at Lane Crawford?
Crystals listed in the GFE online store are not also displayed at Lane Crawford. This applies to crystal pieces; the GFE Wellness range is an exception. Contact us to ask about a particular piece or a store's selection.
Can I pay for or collect an online order at Lane Crawford?
No. Orders placed on the GFE online store cannot be paid for or collected at Lane Crawford.
Are membership points and discounts shared?
GFE and Lane Crawford operate separate membership programmes. Points and membership discounts cannot be used across the two platforms.
