SHIPPING METHODS

  • LOCAL HONG KONG ORDERS

    Once your order is confirmed, the items will be shipped within 5 business days. All local orders will be delivered through SF Express, and a tracking number will be provided for order tracking. Customers can choose from the following pickup options:

    • SF Locker
    • SF Service Center/SF Store
    • Delivery to residential or commercial address
    • Pickup at 7-11/OK convenience stores

      Free delivery is available for orders with a net amount of HK$700 or above (calculated after discounts). For orders under HK$700, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer and sent via SF Express cash on delivery.

  • ORDERS FOR MACAU / TAIWAN / MALAYSIA / SINGAPORE

    Once your order is confirmed, the items will be shipped within 5 business days via SF Express. Customers can choose pickup at SF Lockers, Service Centers, or delivery to residential/commercial addresses. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer (shipped as SF Express Freight Collect).

    For all orders shipped to Taiwan, real-name authentication is required for customs clearance. Please provide your Taiwan ID, passport, or residence permit number in the order remarks. All personal information will be deleted after the order is completed.

      According to Taiwan Ministry of Finance regulations, real-name authentication is required for all imported personal packages. If the recipient is an individual, please download the "EZ WAY" app and complete the real-name authentication by linking your mobile number. The recipient’s information must match the information in the app.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Overseas Shipping Policy

    All overseas orders are not eligible for free shipping. We currently offer two shipping options:

    1. SF Express

    • Shipping fees and taxes are usually collected on delivery (COD).

    • For certain regions where the sender (GFE) is required to pay in advance, we will notify you via email and provide a payment link to cover the shipping cost.

    2. Hongkong Post – e-Express

    • All shipping fees will be prepaid by the sender (GFE).

    • We will send you an email with a payment link to complete the shipping fee.

    • All shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to SF Express and Hongkong Post websites for detailed rates.
    • Once shipped, a receipt and tracking number will be provided.
    • To ensure smooth delivery, please complete the shipping fee payment within 3 business days upon receiving our payment link.
    • Please ensure your postal/ZIP code is correctly filled in to avoid delivery delays.

NOTES: For all overseas orders, any applicable taxes, tariffs, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for paying the delivery fees, taxes, or tariffs.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you receive damaged goods or encounter any issues with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide the relevant order number. We will verify the issue and arrange for a return and refund. Please ensure the product and packaging are intact, and you will be responsible for arranging the return of the damaged items. Once verified, we will process the refund. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Important Notice:
Unless the product is damaged during shipping, we do not offer free return services. We provide high-resolution videos and images for each product, so please carefully review them before purchasing. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, and the item must be sent back to the address we specify. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
