How do I earn points?

How do I upgrade to the next membership tier?

Membership Tier Details:

  • Silver Member: Register and make any purchase (HKD $0–$4,999/year)
  • Gold Member: Annual spending of HKD $5,000 to $24,999
  • Platinum Member: Annual spending of HKD $25,000 to $49,999
  • Diamond Member: Annual spending of HKD $50,000 or above

Can I earn points on all purchases?

Yes, points are automatically added to your account when you shop on gfehandpickedcrystals.com while logged in to your membership account. Please note that purchases made on other platforms or at Lane Crawford physical stores do not earn points.

How long are my points valid?

Points are valid for 12 months. To maintain your points, you must either earn or redeem points within this period. If there is no activity within 12 months, your points will expire.

  • Example A: Points earned on December 4, 2024, will expire on December 4, 2025, unless new points are earned or redeemed before then.
  • Example B: If there is no points activity from November 30, 2024, to November 30, 2025, the points will expire on November 30, 2025.

Does redeeming points affect my membership tier?

No, membership tiers are determined by your annual cumulative spending. Redeeming points will not affect your tier.

How long is my membership tier valid?

Once you reach a tier, you can enjoy its benefits until the end of that year and the entire following year. To maintain or upgrade your tier, you need to meet the spending requirements within the next calendar year. Otherwise, your tier will be recalculated based on your actual spending.

  • Example: If you reach Gold tier in November 2024, you can enjoy Gold benefits until the end of 2025. To retain Gold for 2026, you need to meet the spending requirement in 2025.

How can I view or update my account information?

Log in to My Account to update your information. In your dashboard, you can view your points, membership tier, and available rewards.

Can I transfer my points or coupon codes to another account?
